Setup Project specialist Project Standards

Responsible for setting up and coordinating assignment of incoming Project Reviews. Calling Managing Agents, Loan officers and Account Executives for follow-up items as part of the set up or review of co-op and/or condo projects.

IDEALLY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH REVIEWING CONDO QUESTIONAIRE, CONDO BUDGETS, FINACIALS, CONDO INSURANCE IS A PLUS. If you have used the CPM Website.
Knowledge of CPM, construction PERS, Fannie Mae and FHA and VA condo Guidelines is a Plus!


The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Work with loan officers and account executives in Retail and Correspondent sectors to coordinate reviews of projects.
Assist in to identify training needs at the underwriter, originator and/or Company level and assist in the development and delivery of said training.
Assist with the management of Co-op and Condo loans with Project ID identified to each loan
Maintain concentration limits within Co-op property type.

Implement standards, methods, training and tools to facilitate proactive identification, measurements to ensure projects are evaluated properly to minimize risk while maximizing Prospect s ability to compete in Condo/Co-op markets.
• Keep project concentration limits in mind when setting up new projects and bring to the attention of AVP or SVP of projects going over the exposure limit established.
Review set-up processes and make recommendations to SVP Project Standards
Assist in the development of tools to record inconsistency and errors to ensure follow-up / resolution.
Recommend tools and departmental systems to minimize errors and increase ability to evaluate / setup projects faster.
Additional projects as assigned by SVP or AVP.

Experience with Project Review standards and project documents required
b. Formal education required.
High School required
College level coursework helpful
c. Prior experience needed:
3 years experience in mortgage banking
d. How many weeks, months, or years of experience are required to do the job satisfactorily (both on-the-job and prior experience):
3 years experience, 6 months on-the-job
