- Crisis management – finding alternative products, solutions so a loan may be underwritten; minimize declines
- Work with Investors and Secondary Marketing to find products and solutions
- Manage relationships between Loan Officers and Underwriters
- Review loans for escalation and second signature
- Review bucket reports, OT reports, QC report, Suspend report
- Spot audit files for (1) worksheets (2) random audit
- Review test cases for new and current underwriters
- Update White board on UW Metric
- Review uninsured reports
