At Prospect Mortgage we are hiring a few Jr. Recruiters and Mid-Level Recruiters for our Irvine location. Source, screen, and qualify top talent to lead our new in house LO growth. Generate leads via web, research lists, referrals, job fairs, social media, and other networking events Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing talent acquisition processes and procedures Support on-going Talent Acquisition projects and additional duties as assigned Essential Functions: As a recruiter you are responsible for placing qualified candidates in one of our structured territories across the US. This entails the following: Identification Process: - Utilize internal database, follow up calls, referrals from Managers, Referrals from Vice Presidents, Referrals from Prior hires, Leads from Lead generators, referrals from Website, Rocket fuel, Realtors, HBM, Networking, Todd Duncan dinners, LinkedIn all sources to identify potential candidates. Most candidates have been called on prior they are warm calls looking to make the move already in our database. You are also responsible for sending our benefit information, applications, running backgrounds, making offer folder, sending out written offers from offer desk. WHAT WE SEEK The Recruiter is an individual who will proactively source, call and hire LOs to work in house with our partnership Real Estate companies across the US. We seek outstanding professionals that possess: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and or 1-2 + years of related work Telemarketing, Assisting, Sale and or Recruiting Experience in recruiting, interviewing, screening, testing, sourcing, and developing pipeline strategies in a field operations environment Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
